EMAIL TEMPLATE
==> Email templates allow us to send emails using pre-defined templates.
==> These email templates can be used in automations with email action or while sending emails manually.
Four types of emails :
1. Text
2. HTML (using letterhead)
3. HTML(without using letterhead)
4. Visualforce
Who can create?
--> All users can create Text email templates.
--> Only administrator and users with "edit HTML templates" permission can cretae HTML (using letterhead) and HTML(without using letterhead) templates.
--> Only administrator and developers can create Visualforce email templates.
Note:
--> If we want to create the templates and give permissions only to you but not to all then we have to save that template in My Personal Email Template.
--> If we want to create the templates and give permissions to all the users then we have to save the template in Unfiled Public Email Template.
